1. Gather Your Items

Gather all your materials for archiving, including slides, negatives, photo prints, home movies, Super8 reels, and any other related items you wish to submit. Ensuring everything is securely packaged will help us process them efficiently and with care.

2. Prepare Your Media

• All photos must be removed from any albums and frames.
• Group photos into sets (e.g. Ziploc) or sealed envelope. Label them by date, event, or name. We will do our best to follow the order you have indicated.
• Removal of slides from carousels and magazines is optional and can be arranged into sets.
• No additional preparation is needed for movie tapes and reels.

3. Package Your Items

• You’re welcome to use any carrier you prefer for shipping. Popular options include UPS, Purolator, FedEx, and CanPar.
• You may pack your items yourself or, if you prefer, take them to the courier and they’ll pack everything for you (fees may apply).
• Please use a sturdy shipping box and include enough cushioning material to prevent shifting or damage during transit.
• Be sure to include your contact information inside the box. We’ll get in touch with you once your order arrives, and arrange payment.
• When your order is ready to ship back, we’ll contact you with a tracking number.

4. We Digitize Your Memories

Once we’ve received your items, our dedicated team will begin the process of digitizing them.

5. Enjoy Your Digitized Memories!

Your newly digitized files on a USB, along with your original items, are carefully shipped back to you with a tracking number—so you’ll always know where your memories are.
Now’s the time to rally your loved ones, grab some popcorn, and relive those treasured moments together
